This Nut Mix Energy Ball is a medley of crushed nuts including Pecans, Pistachios, Coconut Flakes, Peanuts, Almonds, Hazelnuts, and Macadamia Nuts.

Ingredients: dates, unsweetened coconut flakes, pistachios, hazelnuts, peanuts, almonds, pecans, macadamia nuts, virgin coconut oil, vegan dark chocolate (cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).

We ship out all orders within 2 Business Days, and you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you can't find the tracking number, you can check your order's progress by logging into your account (button can be found in the top of our website) and viewing order history.
Shipping time varies based on where you're located, however, generally it takes 1-5 business days within Canada, and 4-7 business days to the US. Expect delays during holidays.
During the summer, all orders are shipped with ice packs to avoid melting. In extreme heat days, we may hold off for a day or two from shipping your package, we will notify if such measures are taken.
Palm Bites can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months. It is also safe to put in the fridge or freezer, this will help keep it last even longer. Keep in a cool dry place.
Energy Balls, Date Brownies, and Date Squares have a shelf life of 4 months and they need to be refrigerated.
Date Bark & Power Mix have a shelf life of 1 year, please keep in a cool dry

What is the difference between One Bite Palm Bites & Two Bite Palm Bites?The difference is the type of date. Two Bite Palm Bites are large Medjool dates, juicy and rich in flavour. The One Bite Palm Bites are Deglet dates, which are 1/4 to 1/2 the size of a Medjool date, it is not as juicy, but still very delicious. It comes down to your preference. If you are new to eating dates, you should go with the Two Bite Palm Bites. Will the chocolate melt during shipping during warmer months?To protect the chocolate from melting, we add single-use ice packs in your package. These ice packs are safe for shipping and you can dispose of them when you open the package.How do I store Palm Bites?Palm Bites can be stored at room temperature as our chocolate is dairy free and does not require refrigeration. However, if you like your chocolate cold and to extend the shelf life, you can store it in your fridge or freezer. Do you ship internationally?
